We haven't used any medication yet, but I do have a friend whose autistic son was able to start answering questions once he took an SSRI. The possibility is always in the back of my mind.mjsuperfanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04430437202459251288noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17425654.post-60396114895655215282009-12-05T06:47:01.217-05:002009-12-05T06:47:01.217-05:00THANK YOU for posting this. Won't touch him! haha
Thanks so much for sharing, appreciate it.Jennifer Tijouhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10775272536119422802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17425654.post-33887491998390386862009-12-02T20:49:54.112-05:002009-12-02T20:49:54.112-05:00I know this is important, but I must admit that I ...I know this is important, but I must admit that I am one of those moms that feel uncomfortable talking about medication. People have very strong reactions to it. Although for us it has been extremely important in the progress my son has made. I guess in a world of cloth diapering, homemade baby food, and organic EVERYTHING admitting that you are indeed medicating (gasp) opens you up for judgement from people who may have no understanding of why.burgiboogiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03409408452487415225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17425654.post-89853849563409509662009-11-30T17:52:57.664-05:002009-11-30T17:52:57.664-05:00Christine, I almost cried reading this post. But realistically, I can't be afraid of the science. I just need to get over it. I don't want my son to be a vegan hippy but I just don't know where I get all these crazy ideas about what I'm giving him.

Congratulations on finding something that works. That is, after all, the hardest thing to do in the first place.JNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05132972927400688189noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17425654.post-29943628373000402462009-11-30T12:31:18.602-05:002009-11-30T12:31:18.602-05:00Great news Christine!!!!!
